Detail-oriented individual needed to open files for busy, fast-paced title office in Annapolis, MD. Title Office - Receptionist / Administrative Assistant The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will field calls and greet clients in addition to opening title files and entering information into RamQuest. This office is a fast-paced office that services 600+ agents.Responsibilities include:Answer phones and direct calls promptly and courteouslyOpen all title filesVarious clerical duties involved in processing a title order, as directedSet up settlement foldersGreet clients when they arrive for settlementPrepare conference roomsManage courier pickups and deliveries; distribute mailSchedule closings with clientsOrder office and kitchen supplies; maintain inventoryAssist with social media and A/V responsibilities in the officeAssist with office administration and special projectsMonitor postage meter, copy area, and copy/fax machinesOrder lunches and soft drinks, as requestedCoordinate vendors for office equipment repairs Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required1 year of responsible title company customer service experience preferred2 or more years of administrative experience requiredStrong computer skills in MS Office; must be social media savvyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and attire is required for this is conservative officeMust be able to maintain accuracy and high productivity and meet urgent, fixed deadlinesMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentSage Title is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V) and offers a friendly work environment with competitive pay and benefits.
