nTech Solutions, a leader in the recruitment of professionals, has multiple Bilingual Call Center Representative Openings in the Baltimore, MD area. All applicants MUST fluently speak Spanish and English Tentative Hiring Timeline: * Thursday, April 4, 2019 - Last day to submit resumes * Saturday, April 13, 2019 - Interview date (If selected) * Monday, June 3, 2019 - Target start date (if selected) Primary Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls to the call center related to a variety of call categories (emergency, service changes, billing, etc.) Requirements * Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) * At least 1 year of experience within a Call Center environment (within the last 2 years) * No more than 3 jobs in the last 7 years * Experience with MS Office and MS Excel proficiency * Excellent professional communication skills * 5 online assessments Preferred (Not Required) * Bachelor's Degree Positions Details: * W2 Contract: 12-24 Months o High performing candidates will be extended beyond the initial contract, and have the ability to convert to a full-time employee * Compensation: o Base Rate: $17.50/hour W2 (for all hours worked up to and including 40 per week) o Overtime Rate: $26.25/hour W2 (for all hours worked beyond 40 per week) * nTech Benefits Snapshot o Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage o 401(k) o Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance o x1.5 Overtime Rate * Work Location: Selected candidates must be comfortable working out of the following locations: o Baltimore, MD, 21202 (free satellite parking) o Baltimore MD, 21230 (free parking on site) * Schedule o Typically, a 40+ hour position between 7am-8pm, Monday through Friday o May be required to work 12-hour shifts during storm duty * On-Call Schedule o Will be scheduled on a primary and secondary on-call schedule. This responsibility will rotate through 8 "groups" o When the resource is scheduled for on-call duty, the manager sees a "high likelihood" of being activated. o The on-call schedule would essentially be mandatory overtime * Time Off o New CSR's should not expect to receive any time off for about the first two months.
