Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a student taking at least a half-time academic, technical or vocational course load in an accredited high school, technical, vocational, two or four year college or university, graduate or professional school.
This position can be filled either as a GS-0399-01 in UIC 42191 or a DG-0399-01 in UIC 00421.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and a current student enrolled in:
1) A high school or home-school curriculum approved by a State or local governing body;
