A Washington DC based 8(a) Certified General Contractor is seeking to add a Construction Assistant Project Manager whose primary responsibility is to spearhead the planning and daily execution processes of construction project.Client DetailsOur client is an award winning general contracting firm that provides mission critical infrastructure and facilities construction and renovations in support of our civilian and military personnel in the US government.DescriptionMust be experienced and successful with proper creation and vetting of submittals and RFI's, capable of reviewing and answering technical questions, cost estimating, scheduling, and providing quality control support. Must ensure work is performed as per plans and specifications and all work and changes are well documented. Capable of writing project performance and project financial update reports.
