Contract and Billing AnalystJob DescriptionThe Contract & Billing Analyst responsibilities include manual contract entry, post contract entry auditing/approval, performing audits to ensure customer invoices are generated accurately and timely, preparation of credit memos, refund requests, resolution of billing issues, support SOX-related controls/audits/reviews, assist with integration projects, and reporting. The Contract & Billing Analyst will have interaction with customers, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to ensure customer requests are addressed timely and accurately. Motivated individual must have strong accounting, customer service skills and ability to work independently.
