PART-TIME ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY The candidate must be able to initiate and oversee all aspects of the day to day tasks as it relates to property management including A/P & A/R, client relations, facility maintenance, property inspections, vendor management, and system data files. Also, the candidate must have applicable knowledge of Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 8, Section 202), Annual Re-certifications, LIHTC Compliance Regulations, Marketing and Leasing. Skill Set - Required/Preferred: 2+ years of Property Management Experience a MUST Excellent and premiere customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills High-energy, hardworking, ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with an excellent sense of urgency Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet and other Property Management systems Project Base Section 8 knowledge, preferred Edgewood Management Corporation is a growing company that is looking for talented professionals who want to be part of a strong team focused on providing superior management services to our residents and owners.
