This DC-based real estate developer is looking for a Project Manager with a strong Estimating background to win and run residential projects. This individual must be well-versed in both residential and commercial construction and have the desire to join a relatively small firm with enormous potential. Office location and all projects are located in Washington, DC. Client DetailsThis development firm is based in DC and works largely in the multi-family (2-8 unit townhome) space, as well as light commercial work. They have been doing extremely well in recent years and are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for steering the growth of this division.DescriptionComplete management and implementation of multiple projects from planning to completion.Schedule subcontractors and materials to ensure efficient project schedule.Demonstrate full accountability for overall management of projects.Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures.Management of post-closing warranty work.Develop project goals and scope, tracking and reporting overall project performance.Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction:Reports, schedules, meeting minutes, financial requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reportsProfile8+ years construction Project Management experience Experience with residential projects Strong estimating background Experience with residential projects, ideally in DCJob OfferHighly competitive compensation package including bonuses & incentives for bringing in work.
