Job Summary/Company:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Accounting Office Assistant/Project Coordinator for Frederick, MD! The right person will be energetic, motivated and responsible for providing accounting and coordinative support for Project Managers. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various levels of management with service oriented accounting and administrative support
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
  • Assist with entering accounts receivable into database, reconciliations and account balancing
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to routine inquires

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Proficiency in MSOffice with strong Excel skills for reporting and entering accounts receivable
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
