Freddie Mac's Multifamily Risk and Controls Team is seeking an IT Audit Senior to determine whether MF's IT automated operational controls, risk management, and governance processes, as designed and implemented by management, are adequate and functioning effectively.

Responsibilities include:

*Identifying deficiencies in the design, operating effectiveness of controls and providing recommendations
*Create testscripts and conducting testing of assigned controls; including well-written work papers for review by the Supervisor
*Creating clear and concise documentation
*Working independently under normal supervision and mentor junior staff as needed

Qualifications

*Minimum of two years of IT and/or Business Operations Audit experience with a focus on risk based auditing
*Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Accounting with a focus on Accounting Systems or related discipline
*Working knowledge of SQL, Sarbanes-Oxley and COBIT and strong analytical skills
*Outstanding people, organizational as well as written and oral communication skills
*Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

*Advanced degree and professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP or CIA
*Prior experience auditing IT Operations (Unix, Mainframe, Windows, distributed databases, web technologies, enterprise architecture, virtualization, network)
*Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, ISO, and ITIL
*Banking/financial services experience
*Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
