TUVA is looking for an IT systems Analysis and Requirements Subject Matter Expert to provide our government client expertise to evaluate current information technology systems and develop and execute business requirements to enhance the effectiveness of their workforce. Specifically, the SME shall: Assess existing systems and monitor systems development efforts for user needs. Assess risks, integrate with existing systems, and identify areas for improvement, consolidation, migration, and retirement/replacement. Analyze technical and functional systems to identify key points and discover potential problems. Draft business and functional documentation such as mission needs, concepts of operation, privacy impact assessments, operating models, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Support the planning and/or implementation of IT projects and ensure the on-time completion of tasks. Use expert written and oral presentation skills to provide updates to executive level management regarding the status of current projects and initiatives. Prepare and present findings, recommendations, spreadsheets, reports, new operating models, and new workflows. Translate and communicate complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications Requirements: Top Secret Security Clearance Bachelor degree, MBA, or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or IT related degree At least 12 years' experience in a related field, including 8 years specialized experience in one of the following: risk management, program management analysis, IT business process analysis, or IT requirements analysis Possess strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem solving abilities, a keen attention to detail, advanced writing ability, and excellent interpersonal skills A working knowledge of FBI databases, operational programs, compliance protocol, and organizational structure is a plus Prospective employees will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
