CFC has a need for an Events and Training Associate in the CRG - Events & Training group. In this position you will have the opportunity to provide overall support to members of the Events and Training team with substantive assistance to internal meetings, corporate events and CFC's corporate giveaway program. As an Events and Training Associate, you will: * Coordinate meetings and events at CFC headquarters with internal stakeholders, including room setup, A/V requests, catering orders (from submission to delivery) and invoice payment. Meet regularly with CFC Facilities staff to manage internal room bookings, mitigate scheduling conflicts and clearly communicate upcoming event needs. Provide onsite member assistance at CFC's largest annual events, including CFC Forum and IBES. Coordinate the corporate promotional CFC giveaway program. Research and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality promotional products. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to process and invoice promotional items at member events. Create personalized, accurate meeting support materials for internal and external member events, including name badges and table tent cards. To be successful, you will need: * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field, or the equivalent in work experience is required. One year of related work experience is required. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Conversational Spanish is desired. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Ability to learn new software.
