    For The GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Responsible for security matters relating to force protection and law enforcement programs within the command; 2) Responsible for developing, implementing, and/or managing a comprehensive law enforcement program to protect personnel; 3) Responsible for the security department, including directing and/or supervising personnel; 4) Recovering evidence, protecting crime scenes, providing physical security at the scene and/or incidents.

    For The GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing law enforcement operations to include patrol, community policing, public relations, traffic safety and police equipment; 2) Performing force protection, anti-terrorism, and security duties to deter, detect, and deny unauthorized access at fixed installation, internal compound and incident perimeter posts; 3) Employing National Incident Management System(NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) protocols in the event of significant incidents affecting public safety and installation mission; and 4) Assuring Training and Qualifications of the police division staff are up to date and complete.
