Consult on the design and execute strategic and operational level wargames for a range of participants from senior military leaders, to C-Suite leaders, action officers, and corporate managers. Consult on the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks associated with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, overseeing logistics, and authoring of after-action reports and briefings. Assist with the application of warfighting disciplines, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes and procedures to craft wargames that allow participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in.
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a proficient level
-Ability to lead components of larger tasks
-Ability to work independently or with small to medium sized teams
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with defense policy, analysis, or incident management
-Experience with planning and executing workshops, seminars, or wargames
-Experience with managing budgets
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-MA or MS degree
