Program Manager, Senior

Key Role:
Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products and ensure their compliance with all contract requirements. Act as liaison between the client organization and firm to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise, as needed. Work with the client to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives. Analyze budget and facilitate contracting actions and work closely with the client to ensure projects meet delivery, quality, and schedule goals supporting organization-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and identify change management issues or requirements related to strategic implementation. Lead market strategy and business development efforts by working with senior leadership to drive market development activities, including managing relationships, executing client call plans, and developing whitepapers and proposals to capture new work.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with project management

-7+ years of experience with leading business development activities
-Experience with DoD consulting
-Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
-Experience with managing project teams, including direct responsibility for people development
-Experience with leading transformation initiatives in large organizations
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
 
Additional Qualifications:
-15 years of experience with DoD consulting
-Experience with working in a government or DoD environment preferred

-Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and multitask while continuing to be a forward thinker
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance a plus
