Process Improvement Analyst

Key Role:

Support an operations support center's development and implementation, including providing SharePoint support, as needed. Help streamline internal processed and automate manual processes, including reducing errors and providing dashboards for leadership analysis. Support operations for all assigned military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Maintain responsibility for critical organization, prioritization, and integrated master scheduling (IMS) for a chief and other senior managers. Lead the management of organizational milestones by driving taskers and data calls, tracking milestones and key deliverables, and managing expectations through interactive communications. Support the writing, development, proofing, and maintenance of standards, manuals, procedures, user guides, and other publications for tactical communications and command, control, and communication systems. Analyze the development, writing, and editing of functional descriptions, system specifications, special reports, or other customer deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, including working with its practices, techniques, and standards as a power user
-Experience with inputting, retrieving, and analyzing data
-Knowledge of government standard operating procedures (SOPs), theories, and concepts

-Ability to direct and coordinate operations

-Ability to work independently

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint development
-Ability to respond to quick-turn requests

-Possession of excellent time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-AA or AS degree or 3 years of experience with setting up SharePoint sites for business purposes
