    Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.  Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:  

    • Assists with the coordination of and ensures the efficient and effective delivery of organizational management resources for the domestic and international travel of high ranking officials for major visits and events;
    • Applies analytical and evaluative methods to studies concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery;
    • Assists with logistical support for trips and office support services (i.e., communications, travel, financial management, acquisition, property, personnel, customs, general services, scheduling etc.).

    There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.

    Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.  Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:  

    • Leads the coordination of and ensures the efficient and effective delivery of organizational management resources for the domestic and international travel of high ranking officials for major visits and events;
    • Implements revisions of approved recommendations from program delivery studies; and
    • Provides logistical support for trips and office support services (i.e., communications, travel, financial management, acquisition, property, personnel, customs, general services, scheduling etc.)

    There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
