    You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent in the Federal service (experience could have been gained in non-Federal positions) working in in the nonprofit arts and/or Media Arts field as an administrator, artist, or in some other capacity that provided you with the following type of experience involved in navigating the field of nonprofit arts administration; receiving and reviewing grants for eligibility and compliance; drafting correspondence; interfacing with community and industry leaders, and understanding field-specific issues at-large; reviewing grant application and applicant program budgets and budget history; developing and managing complex documents through the use of technology (budgets, spreadsheets, slide show presentations, databases; provide advice and guidance about grant/grant application review processes.
