Conditions of Employment If selected for this position, you will be required to:

• Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
• Possess a valid U.S. state motor vehicle operator's license and maintain a valid license while you occupy the position.
• Operate cell phones as well as two-way radios installed in vehicles.
• Work Environment - Aside from working at Remote Delivery Sites (RDS), work is conducted inside a typical mail center and outside with occasional exposure to inclement weather conditions while loading and unloading vehicles.
• Physical Demands - Requires frequent walking, stooping, stretching and bending. Operating vehicles in all kinds of inclement weather and traffic congestion.

You qualify for the GS 07 level (starting salary $45,972) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 06 level performing duties such as receiving, sorting and distributing of incoming mail/packages; preparing outgoing mail/packages and review for correct address, zip codes, rates and marking; documenting data in various logs and records; operating metering equipment.
