Project Management Plan, supervise, and schedule installation technicians and/or subcontractors. proactively diagnose and correct problems to assure project profitability. Proactively communicate project timelines, issues, and resolutions with customer and internal personnel. Ensure over-all quality of installation and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services as needed. Determine and implement changes in design and installation plans when necessary. Maintain construction schedules and coordinate task-scheduling with other trades. Select and monitor the performance of subcontractors. Track in all records of job status, job changes and material flow. Complete daily and periodically scheduled performance management assessments with technicians. Forecast and schedule all active projects. Manage risk of projects and effectively communicate to all involved parties. Manage Subcontractors/Vendors, including issuing PO's and approving invoices for payment. Lead project meetings with clients and internal teams, including any subcontractors. Account Management Meet with existing and new clients to grow systems, discuss new solutions, and provide service for existing issues. Manage client relationships. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 5+ years' experience in Telecommunications Industry 1-2 years' experience in Electronic Security Solutions Capability to obtain the following certifications: MDOT Temporary Traffic Control Manager
