Works with Property Manager in the achievement of Property’s Income and Expense goals; working to increase rent potential and profitability of the property.Prepare all lease paper work in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all documents are correctly completed prior to resident move-in. Maintain the curb appeal and maintenance of the property as well as a high standard of customer service and resident/tenant retention.Audit and maintain resident accounts and filesEnsure compliance of the property (Fair Housing, Licensing, City Codes, Safety, etc.)Perform routine property inspections to assure that property is maintained at all times in a manner consistent with Polinger Company policies.Forecast and plan for market conditionsMaintain a professional and courteous attitude to all residents, property staff, vendors and the public
Prior leasing experience a plus.Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, delegateAbility to conduct oneself in a professional manner and to effectively communicate with all levels of management, owners, vendors and community staff. SkillsAbility to efficiently handle and coordinate multiple tasks and project assignmentsCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
