F/T Position with all State Benefits

Responsible for the general provision of acute and chronic somatic services; medical services to our consumers in an 84 bed inpatient psychiatric facility serving a primarily forensic position. Opportunity to provide on-call services nights, weekends, and holidays is available if so desired. Education: Possession of a degree in medicine from an accredited college or university. Experience: As required for certification in an area of internal medicine, family practice or similar types of care. License and Certification: Applicants must be certified or eligible in an area of medical specialization and must be licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians to practice medicine. The hospital is located in a federally undeserved area.
