Full time position at our Alden-Berkley and Spellman House Apts. in College Park, MD. Maintain building & grounds. Previous apartment maintenance exp. incl. plumbing, painting, electrical & carpentry work a must; HVAC a plus. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
