Building Engineer, Commercial

Building Engineer, Commercial   Quadrangle Management Company, an industry leader in real estate management, has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance helper at a premier commercial office building located in Tysons Corner, VA.  Work week is daytime, Monday through Friday.  Overtime will be worked as needed, which can include some evening/weekend work.

Requirements include minimum 1-3 years’ experience of maintenance work in a commercial office building, trouble-shooting skills in HVAC, building operations, & knowledge of hand tools.  Strong communication skills required.  Must be able to lift 100 lbs., climb a ladder, bend, stoop, reach and handle tools.  Send resumes to hr@quad1.com and reference “Maintenance Helper” in the Subject Line.
