Customer Service Associate
Our client, a well-known medical non-profit, is seeking a Customer Service Associate role. This role is a true contract-to-hire for a customer relations professional, with excellent communication and listening skills. Duties: . Assesses the need of individuals and applies sound decision making and good customer service skills to answer questions. . Communicates effectively and clearly over the phone. . Analyzes and interprets content to deliver information/answers clearly and concisely. . Assists team members with related tasks. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to practice active listening, critical thinking, problem solving and best judgment skills. 5-8 years of continuous customer service experience in a fast paced, call center type setting. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and a strong focus on quality assurance. Ability to successfully adapt to a fast-paced and professional environment. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database experience.
