    Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.

    Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

    • Experience solving problems involving efficient and economical utilization of existing facilities.
    • Experience participating in the development of storage methods and procedures to improve, simplify and standardize methods of handling and storing equipment and supplies.
    • Experience using various methods of warehouse storage to ensure that processes of receipt, storage, handling, and maintenance are in compliance with warehouse/storage facilities regulatory guidance.
    • Experience applying a variety of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction with warehousing operations, programs, and functions.

    There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.

    • Knowledge of packing, shipping, and storage concepts.
    • Skill in customer service.
