One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Examples of specialized experience are: Assuring optimum utilization of personnel and resources for all program objectives with combined technical and administrative oversight of other work systems and processes concerning workflow and quality; Maintaining and managing financial resources; and Using communicative techniques to effectively and diplomatically interact with internal and external customers.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

Status candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Failure to obtain, or retain, a Secret security clearance may result in termination of employment.
Duties of the position may require the employee to work on-call, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test screening with periodic testing thereafter.
