Specialized experience is defined as experience in:
1. Leading a team of civil servant and contractor personnel in the execution of facilities and space management activities;
2. Developing and implementing plans and policies for facilities and space management; AND
3. Administering contracts and developing resource requirements for facilities and space planning projects.

Current Federal employees must meet time in grade and three months after competitive appointment restrictions by the closing date of the announcement.
Any individual selected for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
This is a drug testing designated position, subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
