    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

    Specialized Experience: Fifty-two (52) weeks of experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent that's equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:

    -experience that demonstrates accomplishment of computer project assignments that required a wider range of knowledge of computer requirements and techniques pertinent to the position. 

    -experience working with ASP, ASP.NET, Java Scripts, Java, XML, and SQL.

    -experience serving as an advocate within a organization for case management information systems.

    In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must show the following competencies:

    1) attention to detail

    2) customer service

    3) oral communication

    4) problem solving

    You must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:

    For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.

    Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a

    nontemporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

    - A one year probationary period may be required.
