To be considered at the GS-15 level: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience includes:
Applying and implementing administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents for an acquisition program
Analyzing program issues and proposing solutions for a more effective and efficient program operation
Advising senior staff on acquisition management and support issues and/or processes
Leading acquisition management studies to improve long range plans and goals
Preparing/contributing to technical reports and/or other documents that are presented to high level audiences on acquisition program planning and evaluations
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
