  • This position is subject to the possibility of working on weekends and holidays, as well as, rotating shifts, often consisting of other than normal duty hours. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS.
  • The staff memeber may be recalled to duty and/or required to work overtime, as necessary to meet mission requirements.

  • Selectee is required to participate in the direct deposity pay program.
  • The incumbent must obtain and maintain the Access National Agency Check with Inquiries (ANACI) security clearance with no access to classified information and must remain suitable for continued employment in National Security positions.
  • This position may be designated ALPHA personnel for inclement weather or in the interest of national security and may be required to report for work when other employees are excused.
  • Knowledge of the goals, philosophy, principles, and methods of procedures used in organizing, planning, administrating and conducting facility operations.

    Minimum of one year experience in responsible clerical support work which demonstrate ability to perform the work of the position under general supervision of the activity manager.

    Must be skilled in the use of personal computer and various software programs.

    Abiity to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

    Ability to follow instructions, present options and solve problems.

    The incumbent must have knowledge of office machines including cash registers and computers.

    The incumbent is required to execute policies, regulations and guidelines as they pertain to a wide variety of procedures and internal controls

    Must be able to handle work that involves multiple/changing priorities and matters that are confidential/sensitive in nature.

    Abiity to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

    Due to Command policy on employee parking, employment does not guarantee a parking space on the installation. Metro is highly encouraged.
