FT Client Services Specialist- Fairfax, VA

The Genetics & IVF Institute (GIVF) is seeking a full-time Client Services Specialist to work in the call center for the Cryobank division. Our Client Services Specialists work with clients to help their dreams of becoming a parent a reality.  Applicants should have patience and compassion for clients trying to conceive.  The candidate must be self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including processing orders, responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments and multiple daily office duties. Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years call center experience is required.
