Executive Compensation Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a key member of the firm's executive compensation team, including supporting various programs, processes, and projects. Maintain responsibility for the completion of annual Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A), including researching prevailing practices and requirements. Assist with the creation of quarterly compensation committee materials and other leadership materials pertaining to executive compensation programs. Support executive compensation benchmarking, research market best practices, and lead the executive survey completion and submission processes. Facilitate the processes associated with the onboarding and off boarding of executives. Facilitate the annual executive bonus payment process and communication development.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience working in a professional environment

-3+ years of experience with compensation analysis or 5 years of financial analysis experience, including 1 year of experience with compensation analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with executive compensation analysis

-Ability to work with all levels of leadership

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and prioritize and manage multiple projects

-Ability to work independently and well under pressure in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and adjust to changing demands

-Ability to problem-solve analytically

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-MA or MS degree in Human Resources

-Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) Certification
