    To Qualify for the CT-13 level:  

    Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the CT/GS-12 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience.  

    Specialized experience is defined as that through which one has gained comprehensive knowledge of one of the following areas including commodities derivatives,  Futures and Exchange Traded Options, in Foreign Exchange Forwards, Cross Currency and Interest Rate and/or Credit Index Swaps and the underlying cash markets and the relationships between the two, sufficient to develop reports and studies to uncover market trends; experience using analytical techniques in order to examine large volumes of data; and experience using software applications for analyzing, reporting, and visualizing data contained in databases in conjunction with other data sources.

    To Qualify for the CT-14 level:

    Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).  Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.  You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

    Relocation. Relocation expenses will not be paid.
