You will play a vital role on the compensation team with the design, development, implementation, compliance, administration and communication of global companywide compensation programs. The role focus is on providing analytical and consultative support to the HR Business Partners and companywide management.  You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment that demands precision continuously.

Can you drive these processes?

  • Provide guidance, consultation and education to HR Business Partners to solve compensation-related business problems and provide compensation guidance (e.g., internal and external equity issues, benchmark new jobs, challenging offers, department reorganizations)
  • Own the end-to-end quarterly sales incentive plan calculation, committee approval, accrual and payment processes. Partner with sales operations, revenue assurance, finance and sales management to drive operational excellence, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in a compliant manner
  • Implement and manage sales incentive payout system
  • Develop incentive plan cost models to reflect plan design changes and manage accruals
  • Create and maintain databases/tools that summarize, analyze and report key compensation metrics
  • Provide analytical support for broader HR initiatives, as assigned
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes, policies and service levels across the HR function
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special cross functional projects, as assigned

 

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or other business-related field
  • Five years of professional experience in compensation related role with minimum one year performing analytical work
  • Exposure to sales compensation administration strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tableau
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and ability to see beyond the numbers to cultivate a culture to attract, engage and retain top talent
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation with ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Demonstrated track record of handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects / tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • CCP designation a plus
