Candidates must meet the qualification requirements for WG-4742-10, which includes possession of the following job elements:
1. Ability to perform the duties of Utility Systems Repairer-Operator without more than normal supervision (SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT)
2. Knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical equipment assembly, installation, and repair
3. Technical practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)
4. Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, etc. (includes blueprint reading)
5. Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
6. Knowledge of materials
7. Troubleshooting
