Under general direction from the Director of Facilities, the Facilities Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the facility management team and daily support of operations to ensure the successful completion of the department's needs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•\tResponds to service requests or inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
•\tManage work order requests
•\tReview on-line work order requests and processes
•\tCreate and assign work orders to multiple technicians
•\tClose out work orders
•\tReport on open and closed work orders
•\tProvide clerical/administrative support (e.g., sort and distribute mail; manage calendars for managers and meeting spaces) to the Director of Facilities
•\tProcess incoming invoices, including communicating with each department to insure invoices are properly accounted for and coordinate with accounts payable.
•\tReview attendance and time keeping for team members

Qualified candidates will possess:

•\tHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
•\tMinimum of 5 years related administrative experience and/or training providing support to management, preferably in a facilities department
•\tBasic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
•\tAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions.
•\tAbility to effectively communicate verbally and written.
•\tAbility to type and write routine reports and correspondence.
•\tAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
•\tBasic analytical skills.
•\tAbility to problem solve in standard situations.
•\tMust be able to effectively present information to internal department and/or groups of employees.
•\tIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•\tPhysical requirement includes stooping standing, walking and climbing stairs.
