Overview:

Optima Health is recruiting for a Sales Account Specialist to service Small and Mid-sized employer health insurance market.

The Sales Account Specialist is responsible for being the primary point of contact to communicate with brokers and support the department.

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Licensed as a Virginia State Health and Life License/Virginia State Health License OR obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess situations and take the appropriate action.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledgeable of Excel, Word and Outlook.
