MMGY, the leading global marketing agency specializing exclusively in the hospitality, travel, and tourism industries, is looking for a Data Entry Manager in its DK Shifflet office, located in McLean, Virginia. This position will be responsible for open-ended coding of about 30 variables including cities, hotels, purposes, etc. This person will also be responsible for maintaining coding lists for open-ended codes including city, hotels, purposes, etc.     

The Data Entry Manager will spend the majority of his/her time doing the following:   

• Coding for open-ended questions (30 variables) on the monthly Performance survey.  Cleaning and checking the codes to maintain consistency.  Online research to add, revise codes for city and hotel lists.  Communicate with DKS Products team for changes to monthly questionnaire with regards to open-ended codes that can be added as closed end questions.  Prepares and maintains documentation on open-ended codes (city, hotels, purpose, etc.).    

Experience Requirements:  

• Minimum of 7 years experience in coding.  Working knowledge of Office products (excel, word).  Experience with online research using maps to find places and hotels.  Travel/hospitality experience preferred.  

 Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree.
