To qualify for the GS-14 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service performing the following: 1) Providing direct support to executives by providing program management direction, implementation, tracking, coordination and oversight of an organization; 2) Preparing guidance based on analysis on interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of essential mission-oriented programs; and 3) Preparing short-and-long range planning guidance in accordance with program policies and objectives.
