The Network Compliance Lead will be part of the Network Team within the Information Technology Division. This position is responsible to provide Network Project and Audit leadership to the Network Team to remediate all Major and Minor Audit findings on schedule.

Your work falls into three primary categories:

Audit Remediation and Control Leadership
o IT/Network Policies & Controls practices & methods
o High-Level knowledge of Networking Architecture & Operations
o IT/Network Internal/External Audit & Penetration Testing & Findings Remediation
o Attend & Lead Audit Remediation Meetings with IT Risk, InfoSec & Networking Staff
o Develop Project Roadmaps and AUA's to remediate Internal/External Audit & Penetration Testing findings
o Interface with IT Risk, InfoSec & Networking Staff to create Project Roadmap, AUA & Action Plans and IT Risk Closing Packages
o Interface with Freddie Mac Executive Management for Audit Remediation approvals
o Maintain all Network Audit & Penetration Testing related documentation on Network Audit Shared Drive

Network Audit & Penetration Test Leadership
o Engage with Network Services Project Teams, InfoSec and IT Risk Business areas to remediate Internal & External Audit and Penetration Test findings
o Lead Audit remediation review meetings between Network Services & IT Risk.
o Audit Communications, engage with Network Services project teams to communicate Audit and Penetration Test finding and the alignment of project tasks to remediate these finding and communication them on weekly basis via the Network Services AUA Dashboard.

Team Leadership
o Excellent Project Management skills
o Maintain Weekly Dashboard & Detailed Status Reporting
o Senior Level Management Skills
o Excellent People, Process & Organizational skills
o Lead resources across the team to deliver Controls accurately and on time

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, related field or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Networking, IT Audits and Penetration Test.
* 5+ years in a senior level management role engaged with IT Networking Staff and IT Risk Management.
* Experience with Network & Security Technology & Equipment.
* Experience with cloud & hybrid cloud models and colocation data centers.

* Strong written and oral communications skills.
