The Corporate/ Field Support Group Recruiter is responsible for meeting the staffing needs for a variety of TEKsystems corporate positions at our Hanover, MD and Tempe, AZ locations. He/she will be directly involved in and oversees full cycle recruiting for internal candidates for a mix of entry level, professional and management opportunities in our Financial Operations teams, HR and Marketing Departments. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the recruiting needs for the field offices located in the US and Canada concerning Customer Support Associates, Customer Support Supervisors, Administrative Assistants and Executive Administrative Assistants.Recruit for open corporate and field support positionsCreate and implement proactive recruiting strategies through avenues such as networking, college recruiting, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.Build a pipeline of candidates from sourcing effortsPre-screen incoming resumes for internal corporate and field positionsContact and phone screen potential candidatesConduct preliminary interviewsPartner with hiring managers to outline the job openings and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirementsPartner with Department Managers and Regional Field Managers on their hiring pipeline for current needs and future openings throughout the yearExtend offers for employment and negotiate salary requirementsAdminister background and credit checks for candidatesCoordinate start date and new hire orientation/administrationConduct applicant tracking to ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP guidelinesAssist with HR projects as neededRequired Education and/or Experience:The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of successful recruiting experience.Candidate must be organized and a team playerHighly self-sufficient with the ability and desire to work on a remote teamMust demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and have the ability to interact with all level of employees including leadershipWillingness to travel to Corporate offices once per quarter
