Pontoon is looking for a Jr. Recruiter for a large consulting company in McLean, VA. Need to work onsite in McLean, VA. This is a long term contract opportunity. Need to have 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience.. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage full life cycle of recruiting function from posting, sourcing, screening, submittal, interview set up and salary negotiations. Hit the ground running, ready to support requisitions of all levels Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships internally and externally with candidates and hiring managers Ability to work in a fast pace environment and detail oriented REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen 3+ years experience recruiting for corporate roles - Technical and non-technical roles Experience recruiting for Professional Services is a plus, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience supporting executive level management Must be detail oriented and strong writing skills Bachelor's Degree preferrred Our culture: Open: We are direct and honest.
