Exhibit the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in executing the job duties and responsibilities of the Chief People Officer. Create and implement performance dashboards, and enhance overall visibility into Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development processes. Organize and manage the HR, TA and L&D Teams to best provide the customer service and support for internal and external clients. Enable process and workflow redesign to assist in reducing the administrative workload of HR, TA and L&D, to improve productivity. Anticipate challenges and plan solutions which work remotely to improve time and cost efficiency for the Company in your oversight position regarding HR, TA and L&D. Set a clear, compelling vision for attracting, developing, training and retaining exceptional talent. Serve as a champion for Company culture and Core Values across the Bohler Organization. Develop and oversee programs to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. Manage the employee feedback/survey/retention process. Recommend and implement compensation strategies to ensure that the Organization stays competitive in the market and provides fair and equitable compensation for all employees. Create strong individual development plans and career plans for Managers and staff in the HR, TA and L&D Teams. Ensure the Company follows and fully complies with all local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding employment practices, health and safety, labor relations, and all other applicable rules and regulations. Qualifications Ten plus years of strategic human resources experience or related field. Eight years of leadership and management experience. Strong personal credibility with ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and frontline staff alike. Excellent consulting skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders to get things done with a growing company. Highly collaborative, with ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization. Superior communicator who can relate to and lead across all levels, functions and locations. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
