Accountemps is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for one of our most interesting property management clients in Baltimore, MD! The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for managing and auditing of billing and collections processes, related reporting cash collection forecasting, establishing controls, and facilitating customers and clients charges and payments in Yardi Voyager. You will be responsible for processing the payments and deposits, charges and billing, and handling past due accounts; managing records in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience in a managerial level, particularly in a high volume environment, implementing controls and processes. The Accounts Receivable Manager must have solid communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities: ? Manages overall accounts receivable process and underlying schedules. ? Provides functional direction and support to the Accounts Receivable function ? Manages the collections of receivables including developing strategies for measuring and improving collection performance. ? Streamlines department policies, procedures and processes to continuously improve results. ? Supervises Accounting Administrator, directing and assisting with tasks as needed. ? Processes month end reports and files in Yardi Voyager. ? Communicates with the Operations team and Controller weekly regarding delinquent tenant collection efforts. ? Analyzes, resolves and answers complex or difficult account receivable problems presented by accounting staff, from both internal and external customers. Minimum of 5 years of experience overall, 3 years of experience in a managerial role ? Prior knowledge and experience utilizing Yardi Voyager is a must ?
