Position Description: Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Creating and scheduling marketing campaigns. Maintains accurate customer records by updating account information and processing payments. Monitoring staff schedule. Handling customer concerns Assisting management as necessary. Qualities of Successful Associates: Can work independently and with a team Effective Communicator Good problem-solving skills Self-starter Frequent Social Media User Requirements for Employment: 2 Years of management experience 2 Years customer service experience in retail or office environment Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays Frequent social media user including Facebook & Instagram Proficiency in Google online products (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, etc) Willing to work 25-30 hours a week Love for Dogs & Children Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Photography industry experience Working knowledge of applications such as Squarespace and Mailchimp
