Job Description CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities. What Youll Get to Do: Design, implements and maintains the architecture of highly complex databases to include; access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection, security, documentation and statistical methods. Develop and maintains expertise in use of automated tools for database design architecture and implementation. Lead the design and maintenance of logical and physical data models (relational & dimensional), data dictionary and database volumetrics. Ensure economic and efficient availability of data within adequate safeguards. Develop expertise in use of automated tools for database design and implementation. Ensure that documentation is complete and up-to-date. Develop procedures relating to database and application security including procedures by which access is authorized, enabled, changed and withdrawn. Maintain documentation on all customizations with special attention to reducing the impact of database patches and new release loads. Oversee requirements gathering sessions with internal and external clients, assimilates information and maintains effective generic internal data standards and capabilities while meeting client expectations. Interact with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated databases. Lead the client/organization wide data flow mapping and evolutionary process of data utilization by employees. Lead the end-to-end physical implementation and maintenance of data to executable, tuned and efficient database structures. Supports critical business operations involving scheduled and dynamic requests, receipt and transmission of client data to clients and partners as needed. Participate as a leader and as a senior team member. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3 plus years of related work experience. Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance Ability to obtain a DHS TSA Entrance on Duty (EOD) These Qualification Would be Nice to Have: Microsoft SQL DBA Certification Familiarity with SDLC Familiarity with ITIL Experience working with Agile teams to develop distributed applications Relevant TSA DHS focused experience TSAHP AHK What We Can Offer You: Weve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.
