Job Description CACI is seeking an Application Development Lead for a dynamic Government business solutions program in Chantilly, VA. What You'll Get to Do: Application Development Lead for Solutions Business Manager (SBM) tool formerly TeamTrack by Micro Focus Serena Government Solutions. Leads a team of 8 developers in conducting day-to-day operations Build automation workflows in the SBM Business Process Management (BPM) tool. Elicit requirements by working with end users, design solutions and implement. Conduct unit test and peer reviews and work with PM to get UAT completed. Maintenance and operations of existing workflows. Provide production support, install and troubleshoot SBM application suite products. Designs and develops specifications for complex or cross-functional systems and data structures and analyzes system and program requirements for complex projects. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements, resolve problems, and perform testing. Plans, develops, tests, and documents complex computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user request for new or modified program to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Converts project specifications, using flowcharts and diagrams, into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into language processable by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages.
