Program Overview The Property Management Summer Internship Program utilizes a blended learning approach that includes experiential, hands-on learning by placing interns at the community where they are able to work alongside their fellow team members, adding true value and performing meaningful work across the portfolio. The Interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, some weekends are required and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Leasing, Maintenance and Corporate positions within the multifamily industry.
