Job Description The desired candidate will work within a Department of Defense (DoD) Agency to ensure modern and efficient systems architecture for an Oracle Federal Financials ERP solution. The candidate will work as the lead systems engineer to provide solution architecture support to the Program Management Office (PMO) while leading teams of system engineers and engaging with executive clients and other Integrated Project Teams (IPTs). Expected duties include: Interpretation and understanding or functional and technical requirements to communicate matching systems solution architecture Develops architecture design documentation and evaluates current architecture to facilitate process improvement related to existing enterprise architecture Develops/Maintains best practices policies/procedures for technical implementations and systems solution architecture Contributes to complex statements of work (SOW), work breakdown structures (WBS), level of effort (LOE) and staff plans Leads systems solution architecture design to ensure high quality and integrated business solutions Leads discussions in applying Oracle eBS technology and other leading industry technology solutions to deliver resolutions to multifaceted implementation and development issues Mentors, delegates and provides technical leadership to developers and other team members to facilitate their career development and fosters high performing technical teams. Required Qualifications: * 7-10 years of experience deploying and sustaining ERP systems This position requires an individual with Senior EBS Engineer/Architect skills, application knowledge and business experience to lead business teams in the expansion of EBS capabilities to deliver on client needs. Extensive experience communicating and interacting with execute level clients Demonstrated Oracle EBS implementation expertise in a large & complex Federal Financials environment Demonstrated expertise with Oracle EBS development tools, integration methods and related business technologies Demonstrated systems integration expertise with multiple Oracle applications and 3rd party solutions. Individual must be fluent in Oracle EBS Applications portfolio to include middleware, database technology, business intelligence/data warehouse solutions, security technology, hardware, storage, and industry best practices. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in large complex Federal Financial environments Desired Qualifications: * Masters degree in computer science, or information systems, or relevant technical field Experience in DoD environments * ITIL foundation certification strongly preferred, ITIL process specialty certification(s) desired. * Six Sigma experience desired Accomplished track record and proven ability to continually grow and contribute to organization business objectives.
