  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
  • Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Childcare National Agency Check with Inquiries (CNACI).
  • May be assigned to irregular duties or when needed for special recreational events and related requirements.
  • All required certifications must be kept current.
  • A Health Assessment is required.
  • Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty
  • Work experience related to the duties described above that included customer service, operation and maintenance of facilities and fitness equipment; and possess the following certificates:
    - Water Safety Instructor Certification
    - Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
    - First Aid Certification
    (Certificates issue by American Red Cross, Ellis @ Associates, Star Guard or other nationally recognized agencies are acceptable)

    For facilities that use Automated External Defibrillator "AED's" and Oxygen Administration "O2 bottles" the following is required:
    - American Red Cross "Automated External Defibrillator" (AED) certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis &
    Associates AED certification.
    - American Red Cross "Oxygen Administration" certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis & Associates Oxygen
    Administration certification.

ONCE SELECTIONS ARE MADE, THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MAY CLOSE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

    Applicants will be referred to selecting officials per bi-weekly cut-off date(s): 8 and 22 March; 5 and 19 April; 3, 17 and 31 May, and 14 June. The final referral list will be issued on July 1, 2019

    There are no education requirements for this position.
